We are a translational cancer research group at the Kolling Institute of Medical Research in Sydney, Australia. Our focus is on tissue cancer biomarker discovery and validation.
We work in partnership with oncologists and surgeons on a range of cancer types, employing clinical diagnostic techniques and research methodologies to elucidate aspects of cancer which have potential clinical applications. Our teamOur mission is to fast-track laboratory research discoveries into clinical practice and help improve patient outcomes for people living with cancer. includes diagnostic pathologists and research scientists with a cumulative experience of well over twenty years in laboratory medicine.

We are a not for profit group supported by the Cancer Institute NSW through its Translational Cancer Research Centre program and Research Infrastructure Grant scheme, with contributing support from the University of Sydney’s Cancer Research Fund and the Pathology North Staff Specialist Trust Fund, Royal North Shore Hospital.
